Notice of West Bengal Dental Council
All Registered Dentists are to be informed that the annually renewal of their Registration is compulsory as per the Dentists Act 1948.
Hence, all Registered Dentists under Part A & Part-B and Dental Personnel under Dental Hygienists, Dental Mechanics and Dental Operating Room Assistant (DORA) are directed to renew their registration upto 2025 within 31st March 2025 with paying applicable renewal fees and restoration fees by online under this Council.
It is intimated to all the Registered Dentists and Dental Personnel to come personally along with their Original Registration Certificate for endorsement of the renewal fees paid on the back-side of their Registration Certificate.
For any query about renewal, contact with the Council office on any working day (Monday to Friday) from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Dear Colleague,
West Bengal Dental Council had received a directive from Dental Council of India, New Delhi on letter no.DE-159-2008/A-9330 dated 25-02-2009 in relation with the DCI Circular no.DE-159-2008/A-1039 dated 02-08-2008 for implementation of Continuing Dental Education Regulations, 2007.
In the view of the aforesaid letter from DCI, New Delhi, I am directed to inform you that the first phase of implementation of the Continuing Dental Education process is voluntary for a period of five years i.e. w.e.f. 1st January 2009 to 31st December 2013.
This is only intimation to all the Registered Dentists under this Council.
